TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Short Breaks
We are happy to accommodate short stays in our
villa, where availability allows. Please note,
however, that for stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of
$90 will be charged.
Security Deposit
$300.00 Security Deposit is due when making your villa rental
reservation. When your vacation is finished, the property
manager will perform an inspection of the home. The
security deposit will be refunded to you upon a safisfaction
report from the manager.
Rental Payments
So....you like what you see..your dates are
available and your travel arrangements are booked.
Congratulations - you are nearly finished booking your stay at
our wonderful villa..
The Total Balance of payment is due 3 months
before your vacation start date Failure to do so will result in
a cancellation of the reservation.
This villa is strictly NON-SMOKING.
Smoking is not permitted inside or Pool area. The entire
security deposit will be taken as penalty if the Management
Company discovers evidence of smoking.
